From the age of 17, Jon began his career in aviation with the Royal Air Force as an aircraft technician. After 8 years service he then worked as a freelance engineer for all the major airlines and MRO's around the world working on all Aircraft types from GA aircraft to Airliners, helicopters, and business jets to military jets. He is passionate about his work and aviation in general. He is a licensed engineer, Advanced composite and Structural repair Expert. A Pilot, aircraft owner and aviation enthusiast. Swiss Aerostructures is also a co-owner of AeLo Maintenance SA, Locarno.
